Wrong item ordered by customer
If the wrong item ordered by customer,
Customer is required to get return authorization code by Wintech for return.
When customer returns the product,
Wintech reviews the return, and issues refund based on reviews except 15% of restocking fee of total amount.
Defected product
If customer received defected product, and Notify us within 48 hours of delivery,
We will issue a return Authorization Code for return.
When customer returns the product,
We will inspect the product,
and if we agree defect, we will replace the product, issue a credit for next order, or issue a refund.
New, unopened and unused products
Customer is required to get return authorization code by Wintech for return.
New, unopened and unused products can be returned to us in resalable conditions.

Return product condition
It is customer’s responsibilities that return package or pallet shall be made in,
sealed and secure rolls to deliver back to us.
Any damaged product will be customers responsibilities,
Subject to deduct from the credit.
