Q: How to open an account?

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will be shipped out the same day.
Any orders placed after 12 PM PST will be shipped out the next business day.
Any orders placed after 12 PM PST on Fridays or the weekend will be shipped out the following Monday.
Q: Where do I enter my discount code?
A: You can enter your discount code during checkout in the box "Discount Code" and then click "Apply"
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order has been placed, we will email you an invoice that contains a tracking number after your order has been shipped. You may also check your order status by logging in to “My account” on online store.
Q: Do you offer samples?
A: We do offer Automotive window film samples that can be purchased on our online store.
Q: I have missing items in my order?
A: If you are missing any small tools, please check inside the plastic film core that your film is placed in. We package small tools inside the film core to get all of your orders contained in one box. However, if you are still unable to locate your missing item, please let us know and our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible.
Q: I have an issue. How can I contact you?

Q: What is your return policy for window film?
A: If you have received a defective film, please call us within 48 hours of delivery. From there, you will be provided an approval code for your return. Once we have received your item, we will inspect the film and either provide a new placement or issue future credits for your next purchase. Please do keep in mind that our return period is 30 days. If you have ordered the wrong item, you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you used the item, we will deduct a percentage of that portion from your return.
Q: What is your return/refund policy for custom-cut film?
A: We cannot accept returns or provide refunds on custom-cut film due to each order being customized to the customer's specifications.
Q: How do I validate my warranty?
A: You will be able to validate your warranty by registering your film after installation within 30 days.
Q: How do you compensate for a warranty claim?
A: We will replace the defective the film.
